Anything can be given a job title and a personality. What makes an agent infrastructure is the opposite — a defined scope, approved tools, a named output, and a hard limit on what it may do without a human.
Every Synthos agent carries four things: an authority tier, a tool set, a required input, and a specific artifact it produces. Nothing runs outside those four.

Eight of the ten agents cannot reach a customer under any configuration, and only one can contact a named person. That is a property of the system, not a setting — it is a frozen map with no per-workspace override, and a test asserts the count.
